Shipping Policy

At Magnoctis, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. We don't process or ship on weekends or holidays. During high demand periods, processing may take a little longer — if that happens, we'll reach out via email to keep you informed. 

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Once your order is processed, expect delivery within 5–9 business days. Keep in mind that delivery estimates can vary based on your location, local courier performance, and international customs when applicable. 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a modification or cancellation. After that window, your order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be changed. Once a tracking number has been generated, cancellations are not possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
